my monitor is blank

hi,

when i boot my system all the process is getting on, but i am not able to see anything on the screen. its blank.

pls give me the solution ASAP

this is first time i got the problem
i got a line border in the middle of my monitor
so i disconnected the charger and removed the battery and pluged again
and i booted the system.
The system is getting booted, i could heard the booted sound
but the monitor stayed blank
