my motherbooard is not getting on.

i have a new latop, the motherboard is not getting on. checked all voltages they are good.but its not getting on. plz help me in this

If it is a new laptop, you shouldn't be having an such problems. I would contact the place of purchase or the manufacturer about a replacement.
