my new computer

since we bought a new computer, we can't download our pictures to the computer. we made sure everything is connected properly but nothing happens. please help!!

Are you connecting via a USB port? Did you install the camera software? If the pictures are stored in the camera on a memory card then have you tried the card in a memory card reader?

Please will you describe the steps you are taking to try to retrieve your pictures? Also, which OS are you using?
