Need more details, if you did not save your contacts anywhere, and they were in a phone that is dead or you no longer have, they are gone. They may be backed up to your service provider cloud storage, or in your Google account, those will come back once you setup your new device.

Nothing we can do if you don't know your phone number, contact your service provider.

First you should start a new post with your issue not add on to another one.

Second, we can't import anything for you, you need to logon to your phone and the contacts you stored in your account will come down to the device.
