I have an Acer Aspire 5530 laptop and it failed to install three android OS. It can't even run them live without installation. PrimeOs, which they say can work on older laptops, can't install. Also most android emulators are too heavyweight for this senile laptop with only 2GB of RAM. Is the laptop too old? Is it the laptop or is Android very selective of the laptops it can run on?
The goal is to get Whatsapp to run on Pc when you don't have a phone. I tried everything, emulators, android OS, unofficial whatsapp clients all don't work and whatsapp desktop need QR code and a phone for it.
Update: I have found that Memu emulator works and is fast but I still have trouble getting whatsapp to work. It quits after "connecting"message.
Update: I have used GbWhatsapp and resolved it all.
