My old Sony Trinitron is getting slower and slower for the picture to come on. when it does come on, it works fine for as long

My old Sony Trinitron ser.#KV-32S26 is getting slower and slower for the picture to come on. When it does come on, it works fine as long as the TV is on. Is there a weak part that can be changed?

This sounds like the CRT heaters are not getting enough voltage ,could be a power supply problem or a tube problem not something you could really fix yourself as the voltages to the CRT are extremely high and are not safe to work on unless you are experienced.
