my one side of headstest steelseries siberia v2 White sounds lauder than the other one

i checked balance it's 100 on left and 100 on right in my right side is more noisy then the other side what to do please i'm a cs go player i wan't to hear every step every shoot 😛 i heave them in non usb

They might just be defect. How old are they and how do you treat them? My Siberia V2's lost ALL sound on one ear.

Try plugging them into your phone and check if it's the same story there. If it is, you've gotta send them back! If not, have you installed drivers correctly? Check all sound-altering programs you've got on the computer!

Well, now we know the headset ain't faulty! Check your device manager, if it finds something "unknown" with a yellow triangle, you're lacking some kind of driver!

You could also test the computer with another pair of headphones. If they work well, you can zone in on the cause for the problem 😉
