I have bought HDMI cable for 25€ and there is problem, in options i cannot find second output, just my monitor. i have tried the cable on my older notebook and its working on it. so problem is in PC, not TV or HDMI. i have read all forums, tried many options and nothing works. please help im woried...

Are you using a built-in HDMI port on your PC or are you using a HDMI port on the PC's GPU?
In either case, did you update the drivers as one of the options you tried?
Can you right click an empty spot on your desktop to enter into the display settings for your GPU? Check the User Guide/Manual to make sure all is correctly configured and connected.
