My pc don't boot

Hi
Since yesterday I have a laptop.
he did it a few hours.
But now that does not start on it stays black screen,
the fan turned normal and ram cards are hot too fast
I've already tested on a external monitor
but it does not work.

I have read that my video card is broken and I have to do it in an oven is this correct?

help me please xD

First thing i though was graphics card, possibly a new MB unless you can find a service on ebay perhaps,
