My pc is hard freezing with a loud buzzing noise or outright crashing and restarting with no warning or bsod HELP

This started, and I thought it was the ram, but it turns out it was not...
specs
i5 4690k STOCK
gtx 1060
16GB ddr3 ran
Anyways I had this problem before and I fixed it... Now I am starting to have the issue again! could it be Intel extreme tuning or just a corrupted windows I AM SO LOST!! could it be my Hard Drive??? at this point I am lost and I don't know WHAT to do...

Is your computer plugged into a battery backup? It sounds like the system is overpowering the device and causing it to shutdown and beep.

No, it with either just hard restart or freeze until I force shut it down... I don't have a backup power bank, but I am planning on buying one in the future

My psu is a cx 500 and I monitor my temps like a hawk when my cpu was at 4.4 ghz 1.3v the temp never acceded 74c
Some people told it MIGHT be the psu but idk

Sorry for my grammar being horrible, I was saying I watch my temps like a hawk, and my cpu is at stock

I'd try a good quality power supply on the system, the CX model is one of the lowest tier from Corsair, if not their lowest model.
