my phone charged all night but will not turn on

At first a red blinking light came on now no light no vibration and doesn't charge either

The simplest things to check would be first the power cord. Try a different one in your phone, or try yours in another phone. If your cord works in another device, then your battery may need replacing. If a different cord works in your phone, charges it, then you probably need to replace your original cord.
