My phone does not work good.

It have this thing does pop up on my screen saying the android phone has stop. And it does say the dialer storage has stop.

Is storage space low?
Try deleting some old messages and texts.
Also try rebooting the phone then check for updates.
Need more info....What type of phone?

I had such a problem. I transfered information from my phone to the computer, reflashed the phone and now everuthing is good. The only one minus I lost all my downloaded programmes (Skype, Viber etc). But if you can't reflash a phone by yourself it's better to address the expert.

Run a disk cleaner app on it.
Can you tell the name model and other specs of the phone?
