my lenovo a680 failed to read other apps in my 16gb sd card.everything is going fine but ehen i deleted some games installed it suddenly cant read my sd card

Format the card in the phone and see if it will work again. Or does it not even see the card at all even after you reseat it?

You deleting the apps has probably corrupted the other apps data, rendering the apps useless. You will haft to reformat the SD and removing the corrupted data in the process. You will haft to re-install those lost apps, sorry.

Sometimes my phone can read the apps installed but sometimes it can't..the storage available space is 10gb but if I try to download apps in my sd cart it says insufficient space even if i update the apps installed.

Not all programs can be installed on the SD card, you may want to wipe that SD card and set it up again as the default download location.

If it keeps giving you odd errors that it did not before, try a different card.
