my phone suddenly got switched off

hello my phone suddenly got switched of and not starting again
i tried to charge the phone for about half an hour but its not starting
i also tried to change my battery but same result "the phone is not turning on"

my phone is Samung galaxy S3 mini

Sounds like a hardware issue, you'll have to send it to Samsung for repair if that's the case.
Make a warranty claim to Samsung if it's still covered.

I know several mates whose Samsung phones just packed up, they got them replaced free by Samsung but they waited almost 5 weeks for the turnaround.

They make some very clever phones, but they don't stand up well to heavy use it seems, so not ideal as a business phone.
