Have you been using the phone for quite some time before this happened? This could be an indication of the device overheating.

I'vetried holding the power and volume nothing happens just red light llike how it turns on but its not turning on

If you can, remove the battery and let the phone cool for at least an hour before trying to reboot. If the battery is not removable, contact the manufacturer if under warranty.
