My phone wont let me call out what should i do?

hello, my blackberry bold phone wont let me call,text or message anyone on blackberry messenger.
every time i try to call some one it keeps saying 'connection for this number is restricted on this phone' what do i need to do to stop this?

Sounds like it is an issue with your service provider. Dial 611 to get in touch with them and see what the issue is. Perhaps the bill wasn't paid on time?
