My phone won't let me watch youtube videos

I have an IPhone 5C. And I always watch youtube on my phone. But now it doesn't let me watch youtube videos anymore. If I try to watch a youtube video it makes me watch an ad first. But after the ad ends the video gets stuck loading. It does let me watch some videos but the ones that I want to watch are the ones that it doesn't let me watch. How can I get it to let me.

Ads are normal on YouTube. As for why certain videos aren't working for you, there aren't enough details to say for certain. Is your YouTube app up to date?

well try resetting it because i had a phone and it wouldn't let me watch you tube videos so reset it and leav it alone for a couple hours
