My phone wont turn on

Hello, i was turning on my phone and it just stay on the loading page can you help me fix it?

could multiples of different things... water damage, physical damage... if you are sure that hasnt happened... Remove the battery... leave it out for 30ish minutes put it back in and start it back up again

Base on my experience, i think their is problem with the software, and needs to be update or format. . .what brand and model of your cellular phone?
