My phones been hacked

My phones been hacked and I don't know what to do I tried just buying a knew one and still the same things are happening

Why do you believe your phone has been hacked? If you bought a new one after your old one had been hacked did you use the same SSD card in it without reformatting it? Why didn't you just do a factory reset?
