my razer kraken 7.1 left speaker shorts out when the wire moves

my razer kraken left headphone cuts out when the wire moves also i have tried removeing all razer software and then i restarted my pc and reinstalled the stuff and it hasnt fixed

If the issue is when the wire moves it means there is a bad connection to the wire, nothing to do with the software. Need to get the wire fixed.
