My Realtek HD Audio speakers does not play sound....

My Realtek HD Audio speakers does not work. When i connect headphones it works, but when trying to use the speakers on my computer it does not. Please help!

Update your post to include make and model information for headphones and speakers.

Have you tried another known working audio cable between PC and speakers?

Do the speakers work if another PC or audio source is used?
