My S3 has crashed

I am seeing an image of the android icon laying on his back with a front panel open and over that is a page full of lines of computer code in red. Several lines say "Failure to mount" or "Can't mount"

Do you have a microSD card in the phone? Without knowing all the details, those particular phrases you quoted tend to relate to the SD card, though I don't think I've heard of SD card issues causing phones to crash. Try rebooting your phone after taking it out, if you're using one.
