my samsung galaxy is locked

please help.....my samsung galaxy is locked now... i cannot unlock it... i have tried several times but it is showing that i should put my google id n password which i dont remember nw

If it really is your phone, take it to you service provider, with your ID.
They will unlock it for you.

Go to www.google.com, there you will be able to reset your Google logon, after that, you can unlock your phone.
