Cnoptact your sevice provider. They can suspend your account so you don't have to pay for the calls and data downloads the thief is using up. They might even know where it is but you still need tio contact the police or you won't be able to claim on insurance. Also, go into your Google account and change the password.

When you buy another one, make sure you install tracking software. It's worth it.
