My samsung laptop screen is broken and i can't change it!

My laptop (Samsung) screen is broken and i can't get it to change to my TV. Firstly it worked, but then i wanted to update my graphics card i updated it and the laptop restarted. My choosen monitor was the TV but then it came back to default. I tried fn+fn4-fn5 keys. But what i don't understand why it does not change to my TV when i try Win+P. I can see that the bar is opened, but when i try to click on the buttons it just doesn't change.

Have you tried disconnecting the TV. Turning the laptop off. Reconnecting the TV and then turning the laptop back on?

Sometimes it is just that simple.

If that doesn't work. Try uninstalling the driver before doing all the above and then reinstall the driver.

Try removing the laptop screen completely. There's a chance that the laptop will read the external monitor as the default display.
