My Samsung LCD 46 inch tv poor audio quality. It's really static struck. It sounds horrible. Any solutions to fix it?

If your Samsung TV has static on the audio does it do this on all inputs? If it only happens on one input that source may be at fault. If that source has its own volume control then turn it down.
The sound on flat screen TVs is pretty bad so if the static happens when you play it louder than it can play you will need to add a sound bar or home theater system.
