My samsung Tab 4 has a black screen, but the sound is still going on

My samsung Tab 4 has a black screen, but the sound is still going on, i dont really know how to fix it, if any one has any answers please post them because I am having a really great struggle right now. THANK YOU

Hold the power button and volume down button at the sametime. If done correctly the screen will turn black and automatically start the reboot process. Simultaneously holding the power switch and volume down key. Worked for somebody uhuh try it, you dont wanna wasnt a cent c'mon then try it. No problem!
