My Samsung Tab is not receiving and sending sms.

after backup and reset, My Samsung Tab, is receiving and make calls, able to connect to Wi-Fi, but is neither sending nor receiving sms, and while there is a Wi-Fi I can connect to the internet but but I can not do the same while using data, I have checked everything I know, message centre Number.. is correct.

please help.

SMS, if turned on in your settings, then may be at issue with your carrier/service provider. It happens more often than you might think. I would contact them about the issue.
