to unlock your sim card you need to enter the unblock code that came with the sim card. take it to your cell connection provider's customer support for more help.
can't help you because we can't verify you as the legitimate owner of the sim card.

they will make you pay for a new one....once the card is blocked it has to be trashed because of security reasons, this tells customer support that the cell was stolen and someone did not know the password, therefore the cell phone blocked the card, this only happens if someone created the password for the card it'self....don't confuse the cell phone password with the SIM card password....they are two different passwords.
