My sim is cracked so I want new sim wid same no. and i don't remember the name with which it was registered

I am stuck wid my sim card's owner name so i was wondering if I could kow it anyhow

How do you not know the name that your SIM is registered under? Contacting your wireless carrier should help resolve the problem.

Go to your Nearest Service center of Your operator.
Tell them you want a duplicate Sim card they will check their database and
tell you which document you will have to re-submit
(They will tell you the name and which document you had registered The Sim with)
