My smart hub keeps saying updating

Evey time I try to go in other any app, my TV says, smart hub is updating. It's Ben saying this for over 3 months and I know it doesn't take 3 months to uodate. I've reset the entire system, changed countries, reset smarthub...nothing seems to work. I don't know what's going on...the only function I can use is screen mirroring. Flustered!
