My smarthub keeps saying updating almost 2weeks now how do i fix it

Try powering down...let it sit for a minute....power up.

Unplug it for the power down ..it's worth a try.
Confirm that you do indeed have an internet connection by trying something else that uses it.
Not knowing the make/model of the TV, it's hard to give specific help, but look into whether you can do the update by using the USB port (if it has one).
