My Sony Vaio VPCS13L8E Not Adjusting Screen Brightness

Brightness Is not Increasing or Decreasing. On Low Brightness and i wanted to increase.Windows 7 was Freshly Installed. No Methods Working form me : Control panel ( Power Options ) : Function Keys.

Any OTHER Methods??

Have you tried right clicking on the desktop background and then clicking "Graphics Properties"?
