My speaker plays no sound WHAT DO I DO HELP

I have a havit mini Bluetooth wireless speaker. It says that my Bluetooth is connected but when I go to play a song no sound comes out but it says the music is playing

Have you tried your speaker with another device, like your cellphone? Does it work?

I HAVE used my iPhone and iPod and the two of them don't work it just says the music is playing but there is no sound but the sound works when it's not connected to the speaker
