My tablet’s inside screen is broken but there is no crack outside how can I fix it?

The only way to fix it would be to replace the display.

If have this too. It was broken since march 2017. And I can't unlock it! My parents want me to throw it away, but I don't wanna.

If you are just not wanting to lose the data on it, then you can always try pulling the drive and connect it to another device. Otherwise, it would need a new display.
