My tablet won't turn off

Just the black Galaxy TabA android screen turning off and on.
Before this my volume stopped working

You may have to let it run out of power to get it to turn off. It could be many things that are causing it, but until you can get it to turn off and try then to turn it back on to see if it continues to do this, there is no way to truly tell.

So let it run out of power, then charge it only a small amount and turn it back on. If it works after that, you are good. If not, then you will need to work through trying to find the issue. Safe Mode, uninstalling apps, scanning for viruses, etc.
