Solved! My techno w5 lite turns off by its self and it doesn't turn on unless off I put it on charger. I have done a factory reset but

My techno w5 lite turns it's self off and when I try turning it on it fails unless it is connected to the charger. I have done a factory reset but nothing has changed. What could be the problem.

If it will only turn on when on the charger then likely you need anew battery.
