my toshiba windows 7 satellite A505 is showing a message saying insert boot disk and press any key i do not have a boot disk?

i did a factory restore and i can not get any further then this message that keeps repeating its self everytime i hit a key

enter the BIOS and check if the HDD is recognized.

also check the HDD for errors using the HDD manufacturer diagnostic software or the build in Toshiba HDD utility.
