How do I re`set my keybgoaqrd bgaqck to normaql?

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Keyboard driver.
- Once uninstalled, reboot the laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If the same problem will happen, connect an external USB keyboard and see if that will work normal or not.
- If using an external keyboard will work just fine that means it's the built in keyboard that can be faulty.
- Try to open the laptop and remove the keyboard off then plug it back in just to make sure it's seated properly.
- And if that will still not work that means replacing the keyboard would be the last resort.
