- Start by uninstalling/reinstalling the touchpad driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the touchpad driver, reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- Test weather scrolling function will work after doing these steps. If it will not work, you'll need to check Gateways support site for a Touchpad driver update that is for Windows 10 and that should solve the issue.
