My TV picture flashes on when the power comes on but I still have a black screen. I do have sound

I have a vizio E 470 vl when I power up my TV it flickers on and then the TV screen goes flat black. I have sound and that's it

Try unplugging everything from power. Wait two minutes. Then plug it all back in and turn back on.
