my vajo sve1511 usb 2.0 ports do not work with my bootable pendrive

om my vajo sve1511 i have 1 usb 3.0 working and 3 usb 2.0 not working and this is without os, just when i start it. it does not see the installation pendrive, the 3.0 yes
i am almost sure it is an hardware issue...can I do something?

Did you check the pen drive to see if it may actually need to be in a 3.0 and not a 2.0. Sounds like that would be the issue.
