My verizon phone shows that i dialed 00 no name

My cell phone shows that I dialed 00 no name for 14 seconds and then another time it showed that I dialed 00 no name for 30 seconds.
What does it mean ?

Have yu tried contacting Verizon tech support and asking them , if anubody would know it would be your cell phone provider.
