My volume control was on the taskbar, now it's no longer available it moved.

Volume control is gone on my envy computer.

Computer was shut down for the night and the next time I turned it on the volume control was gone.

Try this...

1. Go into "Control Panel".
2. Locate and double click on "Notification Area Icons".
3. Click on the drop down button to the right of "Volume" and change it to "Show icon and notifications".
4. Now click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window.

You should see it after that.
