My widows 10 computer is stuck at acer axplore beyond limits

I need help. My computer will not go past the Acer explore beyond limits. What can I do to fix this?

Alas, this usually happens when your hard drive is failing.

You can try and replace it, or get a local tech / repair shop to do it. However, if you are still under warranty, then I would contact the manufacturer.
