Unplug, pull the battery, plug in and try again. Doesn't look good...

This problem occurs mostly when you've opened it to do maintenance, repair or when the battery is removed for long. Or, when the laptop experience some shocks/bangs. Or when you have a bad battery. Or when there's something dangling in it not placed probably or loose.
I suggest you turn on the laptop and let it just be on with it's blank screen for 25mins. Unplug the charger. Turn off the laptop and shake it vigorously hitting it's sides gently with your hands to position any loosen parts probably. Then press the power button on again.
Try this several times and it will work again.
When it finally turns up I suggest you update your bios driver.
This happened to me and I apply this solution. It works and saves me money.
