my windows 10 has gone corrupt on my laptop

i have the ability to access my options but when i select remove all files window it does comes up with an error saying that windows isnt able to do this due to a faulty partition.

if i try to back up my files it says that the drive is locked. one key recovery does not work either


i am using a lenovo y50-70

Have you tried a system restore.

If you can't access anything. Download windows 10 iso and create a bootable usb / dvd to try to recover the old windows.
