My YouTube is not working it always shows no internet connection even though I am always online

In my mobile phone YouTube is not working. It always shows we will contact you when you will be online but I am always online.

"Who" is the source of that message: E.g., YouTube, the phone service provider, your ISP...?

Are you able to access YouTube using other devices?
