N3540 vs a6 5200

So I need a cheap laptop for my dad and I have 2 options n3540(pentium 4th gen) vs a6 5200 everything else is same as both laptops are made by hp and a6 5200 costs $5 more only I am a noon in Mobile computing so please help me decide which is better
The laptop will be used for
Using Ms office components (word/excel)
Watching 720p vids
Surfing
Video calls
Occasional gaming

The performance is almost the same. I'd go with Intel because it has a 7,5W TDP to AMD's 25W.

The amd has better onboard graphics - apart from that nothing between them.
Id take the amd personally if you want to do any kind of gaming.
