Asus Zenbook UX 305 FA VS HP Envy 14-U014 TX

guys i have difficulties finding the right laptop for my need, which is mainly for watching movies and web browsing.

i have these two laptop consideration(any other suggestion is welcomed )

1. Asus Zenbook UX305FA(MS)-FB114H

Intel Core™ M-5Y71 (4M Cache, up to 2.9 GHz) , RAM 8GB, SSD 256GB, Intel HD, Screen 13.3" Full QHD, Windows 8.1

2. HP Envy 14-u014TX

Intel Core i5 5200, RAM 8GB, HDD 1TB, VGA nVidia GTX 850 4GB, Screen 14" Wide LED Full HD, Windows 8.1

my main concern is which has the better display, i can't decide yet because there is no review for the hp ones. Secondly is the peformance for day to day computing.

here's some point i get:

1. The asus has ips display, which from i read ips has better display quality compared to TN(Hp envy). But the HP using wled.

which is better? because my friend said that ips display is not much better for laptop under $1500, but from review i read said the hp ones display is a little bit washed out...

2. the hp has nvidia discrete card compared to asus that only using intel hd graphic.

is these different makes a noticable different on display quality(ex: color reproduction) ?

how's your experience for both brand, because i only have hp laptop so far...

I would get the asus. Has a better screen and the gpu in the hp is overkill for what you need.
